Job Overview: 三点式游泳衣 is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented potato下载 Client Relationship Manager to manage and grow relationships with our global channel partners, distributors, and institutional clients. This role combines client success, account management, and business development, ensuring long-term partnerships, revenue growth, and excellent customer experience across potato下载 markets. You will be the primary point of contact for potato下载 partners, supporting them from onboarding to sales conversions, execution, and renewal, while also identifying opportunities for upselling and expansion.
Roles and Responsibilities
Client Relationship & Account Management
- Own end-to-end relationships with potato下载 channel partners and clients.
- Build strong rapport with partners by anticipating needs and offering timely support.
- Maintain deep knowledge of 三点式游泳衣’s products, services, pricing, and policies.
- Ensure partner satisfaction through clear communication and structured follow-ups.
- Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Business Development & Growth
- Identify growth opportunities within existing potato下载 accounts.
- Support partners in sales conversions through demos, solutioning, and product positioning.
- Recommend relevant products, solutions, and upgrades based on client needs.
- Assist in preparing business proposals, contracts, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Work closely with Inside sales and operations teams to close deals efficiently.
- Product Demonstration & Training
- Conduct virtual or on-site demos for potato下载 clients and partners.
- Train partners on product usage, implementation, and best practices.
- Participate in internal and external training programs to stay updated on offerings.
- Execution & Partner Support
- Support partners during onboarding, execution, and delivery of solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution and quality outcomes.
- Address concerns professionally and resolve issues with a calm, solution-oriented approach.
- Reporting & Coordination
- Track partner performance, sales pipelines, and lead status using CRM tools.
- Share regular updates and reports with the reporting manager.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Education and Programs, Product, Marketing, SCM).
Required and Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate with a strong interest in STEM education or EdTech.
- 2+ years of experience in Client Relations, Account Management, Business Development, or B2B Sales (potato下载 exposure preferred).
- Familiarity with CRM tools, sales pipelines, and potato下载 processes.
- Strong command of written and verbal English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and simply.
